On April 21, 2026, the International SurgX Olympiad among students of universities from Bishkek and Manas was held at AZMI in Kant.
Ten teams participated in the olympiad. The competition program included several stages: a blitz quiz aimed at testing basic knowledge and interactive tasks.
BMMI was represented by a team consisting of Patidar Deep, 6th semester; Kusuma Raju, 8th semester; Eswaran Dinagaran, 8th semester; and Yazvi, 6th semester.
The team was prepared under the guidance of Aruke Zhaparalieva, lecturer of the Department of General Education and Medical Disciplines.
As a result of their participation, the BMMI team was awarded certificates for active participation in the olympiad.
