On September 26–27, 2025, the II Eurasian Congress on Menopause and Andropause was held in Almaty at the Dostuk Hotel.
At the congress, A.A. Askerov, Doctor of Medical Sciences and Head of the Department of Clinical Disciplines at BMMI, presented a report titled “Management of Women with Urinary Incontinence in the Perimenopausal Period.”
The congress focused on research aimed at identifying effective methods for maintaining health and quality of life during menopause and andropause.
Researchers and specialists discussed the latest scientific achievements in hormone therapy, nutrition, physical activity, and psychological support.
The event also provided a platform for exchanging experience among physicians of different specialties and contributed to the development of a comprehensive approach to treating climacteric syndrome.
